Stephanie Petrickova (formerly San Antonio)
Stephanie founded SSA Insurance Services in 2013 with a simple goal: to create a better benefits experience for employers and their employees. With more than two decades in the industry, she brings both deep benefits expertise and a business owner’s perspective to helping companies build benefits strategies that support their people and their growth.
Before founding SSA, Stephanie spent 10 years building and leading the benefits division of a financial planning firm. Today, she works closely with clients on benefits strategy, bringing a consultative approach grounded in education, long-term planning and an understanding of each company’s unique needs.
In 2026, the San Diego Business Journal named Stephanie a finalist for CEO of the Year. She is active in the local business and nonprofit community and currently serves as vice chair of the San Diego Employers Association and on the board of the Carlsbad Educational Foundation. She holds degrees in Economics and Sociology from UC San Diego, along with numerous health insurance industry credentials.
When she’s not working, Stephanie can often be found playing beach volleyball, spending time with her two boys or traveling with her family.
Kyla Seabrook
Kyla joined SSA in 2016 and brings nearly two decades of insurance industry experience to her role as Director of Account Management and Operations. Having worked across virtually every area of SSA, she understands both the details of benefits administration and what it takes to deliver a consistently strong client experience.
Today, Kyla oversees SSA’s Account Management team and the operational side of the business, helping ensure clients receive responsive, reliable support throughout the year. Her broad experience and long history with SSA give her a unique perspective on both client needs and the day-to-day workings of the firm.
Kyla holds a California life and health insurance license and a bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, paddle boarding, collecting vinyl records and exploring San Diego’s restaurants and events.
Jessica Tachet
Jessica has worked alongside Stephanie and the SSA team since 2014, building lasting relationships with clients and their employees. As a Benefits Advisor, she helps employers design and manage benefits programs that reflect the unique needs of their organizations and supports them through implementation, enrollment and renewal.
Jessica especially values the long-term relationships she’s built with SSA clients and the opportunity to make benefits easier to understand and use. Her goal is to make the experience as simple, smooth and stress-free as possible for both employers and their employees.
She holds a California life and health insurance license and a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego. Jessica enjoys camping, hiking, volunteering in her children’s classrooms and spending time with her family.
Allison Sequaptewa
Allison joined SSA in 2023, bringing a background in customer service, banking and military service to her role as Account Manager. A U.S. Navy veteran, she draws on that diverse experience to help clients navigate their benefits with responsiveness, organization and attention to detail.
Following her military service, Allison earned a bachelor’s degree in Technical Management and master’s degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
At home, Allison stays busy with her husband, four children and two dogs. Her family loves baseball and, while their hearts are with the Boston Red Sox, they can often be found at Petco Park cheering on the Padres.
Eric Olson
Eric brings decades of experience in the life and health insurance industry to his role as Director of Client Service. He first began working with SSA supporting individual health clients, particularly families navigating the transition from employer-sponsored coverage to individual plans.
Today, Eric helps lead client service at SSA, drawing on his extensive industry background to support clients and the Account Management team. He holds a degree in Sales and Marketing from the University of Southern California.
Away from the office, Eric enjoys family time, golf, tennis, pickleball, hiking and exercising outdoors.
Terran O'Hara
Terran joined SSA in 2023 and supports clients throughout the year as an Account Manager, helping manage renewals and day-to-day benefits needs while delivering responsive, reliable service.
He earned his California life and health insurance license in 2023 after transitioning into the insurance industry from a background in kinesiology. Terran brings a service-oriented approach to his role and enjoys helping create a smooth benefits experience for clients and their employees.
When he’s not helping clients, Terran stays busy with his family’s soccer schedule, enjoys cooking and follows sports, especially hockey. Go Ducks!
Victoria Cavazos
Victoria joined SSA in 2024 and supports clients with day-to-day benefits needs, bringing strong communication, organization and a commitment to responsive service to her role as Account Manager.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a California life and health insurance license. Before beginning her career in employee benefits, Victoria was a collegiate athlete and captain of the women’s soccer team at St. Catherine University, an experience that helped shape the teamwork and discipline she brings to her work today.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys reading, staying active and spending time with her family, including her twin sister.
Charleen Stevenson
Charleen joined SSA in 2025, bringing a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant across industries including cybersecurity and entertainment. At SSA, she supports Stephanie and the broader team with day-to-day operations and helps bring the company’s events and initiatives to life.
She enjoys the variety of her role and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the team organized, connected and moving forward. Charleen holds a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Murdoch University.
Born and raised in Singapore, Charleen moved to the United States in 2019 and is bilingual in English and Mandarin. When it’s time to unwind, she enjoys spending time with her family and settling in with a good sitcom.
