Stephanie San Antonio
Stephanie founded SSA Insurance Services in June 2013 with a passion and goal of elevating the benefits experience for employers and their team members. She brings over 18 years of experience in the industry to her clients, including growing the benefits division of a financial planning firm for 10 years prior to starting her own firm and participating on the board of directors for her local insurance association as well as the San Diego Employer’s Association, a local HR organization providing HR support to businesses in San Diego County. With degrees in Economics and Sociology from UC San Diego, and many credentials in the health insurance industry, she brings a passion for learning and education to the table, which come across in her consultative approach in working with employers on their benefits strategy.
Kyla joined our team in February 2016 and has over 15 years of experience working in the insurance industry. She manages all phases of the renewal process for clients to ensure a smooth Open Enrollment and coordinates with our support staff to facilitate the successful implementation of new accounts. In addition to assisting with client requests and providing benefits and enrollment support to employees, Kyla also enjoys helping seniors transition to Medicare. She holds her CA life insurance license as well as Bachelors degree from University of California San Diego . In her spare time she enjoys cooking, paddle boarding, and collecting vinyl records to play at reasturants and other events throughout San Diego.
Jessica has been working with Stephanie and her team in some capacity for the last 10 years. She has experience supporting clients and their employees through the enrollment process both as new hires and during renewals. She enjoys working with clients to ensure their experience with company benefits is simple, smooth and stress free. One of her favorite aspects of working with SSA are the lasting relationships she has built with clients serving them year after year. She holds her California life insurance license as well as a Bachelors Degree from University of San Diego. In her spare time she serves as the president of the PA at her daughters’ school, and she enjoys running, hiking, travelling, and camping with her husband, children and pup.
Louisa also joined us in July 2020 as a benefits administrator. She provides processing support and helps administer benefits. She graduated from California State University Monterey Bay with a B.S. in Business Administration. She has taken several business classes including management, human resources, marketing, finance/accounting, entrepreneurship, computer information systems, and operations. In her spare time she enjoys dancing in many different styles such as contemporary, hip hop, and salsa.
Alina joined our team in March 2020. She handles the day to day operations in our office and supports our Service Team. She completed her certificate program from Auburn University. She is certified in Medical Administration, Medical billing, and coding. Her Human Resource and administrative background help her keep the office running smoothly so our team can better assist clients. In her spare time, Alina enjoys making new memories with her two kids, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
