
Stephanie San Antonio
Stephanie founded SSA Insurance Services in June 2013 with a passion and goal of elevating the benefits experience for employers and their team members. She brings over 20 years of experience in the industry to her clients, including starting and growing the benefits division of a financial planning firm for 10 years prior to starting her own firm. Stephanie served on the board of directors for her local insurance association and is currently vice chair for the San Diego Employer’s Association, an HR organization providing HR support to businesses in San Diego County. In addition, she sits on the board of directors for the Carlsbad Educational Foundation, a nonprofit organization that contributes to the enrichment of nearly 11,000 students in the Carlsbad Unified School District. With degrees in Economics and Sociology from UC San Diego, and many credentials in the health insurance industry, she brings a passion for learning and education to the table, which come across in her consultative approach in working with employers on their benefits strategy.
Her free time is spent playing beach volleyball at sunrise, playing sports with her 2 boys, or making memories traveling as a family to unique spots all over the world.

Kyla Seabrook
Kyla joined our team in February 2016 and has over 17 years of experience working in the insurance industry. She has held all roles at SSA over the 7 years she’s worked at our agency, and in her current position she oversees the Account Management team and manages all Operations of the business to ensure all areas run smoothly.
In addition to providing support to her team and our clients, Kyla also enjoys helping seniors transition to Medicare. She holds her CA life insurance license as well as Bachelors degree from University of California San Diego . In her spare time she enjoys cooking, paddle boarding, and collecting vinyl records to play at restaurants and other events throughout San Diego.

Jessica Tachet
Jessica has been working with Stephanie and her team in a variety of capacities for the last 11 years. She has experience supporting clients and their employees through the enrollment process both as new hires and during renewals as well as implementing and designing benefits packages that serve the unique needs of each client. She enjoys working with clients to ensure their experience with company benefits is simple, smooth and stress free. One of her favorite aspects of working with SSA are the lasting relationships she has built with clients serving them year after year. She holds her California life insurance license as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from University of San Diego. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and hiking, volunteering in her children’s classrooms, or spending quality time with her two daughters, husband, and crazy pups.

Louisa Aguilar
Louisa also joined us in July 2020 as a benefits administrator. She provides processing support and helps administer benefits. She graduated from California State University Monterey Bay with a B.S. in Business Administration. She has taken several business classes including management, human resources, marketing, finance/accounting, entrepreneurship, computer information systems, and operations. In her spare time she enjoys dancing in many different styles such as contemporary, hip hop, and salsa.

Eric Olson
Eric came to SSA with a Sales and Marketing degree from the University of Southern California and 25 years of experience in the Life and Health insurance field. For the last 5 years, Eric has assisted SSA with the servicing of our individual health business, specifically the transitional process from employer plan to individual and family plan insurance for dependents aging off of their parents plans. Now, Eric has settled into his role as Director of Client Service and we are excited to have added another experienced team member to our SSA Family! Eric is a father of 3 girls, with the oldest aged 14 and twins that are 11 years old. He enjoys his family time and playing golf, tennis, pickle ball and loves going for hikes and exercising outdoors.

Alina Tunstall
Alina joined our team in March 2022. She handles the day-to-day operations, marketing, and outreach for our company. Alina’s Human Resource and administrative background help her keep the office running smoothly so our service team can better assist our clients. She is certified in Medical Administration, Medical Billing, and Coding from Auburn University.
In her spare time Alina enjoys making new memories with her husband, 3 kids and puppy. She spends her weekends hiking new trails in Washington, traveling, and cheering her kids on during their sporting events.
